SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY


Any item purchased before 2pm will be despached on same day. Items ordered after that time will be despatched on the next working day. Items purchased after 2pm on a Friday will be despatched the following Monday, with the exception of Bank Holidays.

Items despatched under standard shipping will have an estimated delivery time of 3 days. At the customer's discretion, first class recorded delivery may be purchased.

During the 7-day 'cooling' off period, items may be returned for full refund less shipping charges.

If our product fails to meet our limited warranty during the warranty period, we will, at our option, replace the product free of charge or provide you with a replacement. For full details of our warranty, please visit our Warranty page.


Products Return Process:

To return a product, please contact customer services who will supply you with an authorised returns number and information on how to return the item. If you are returning the product as defective, you will be required to provide a full description of the fault and to return the defective item in its original packaging with all accompanying parts and literature.
